About us

We strive to provide good food for good people at fair prices. We make as much food in the house as we can, using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. We want to minimize our carbon footprint so that future generations can enjoy this wonderful world and community as much as we do. We proudly serve grass fed, pasture raised, grain finished Angus beef from local farmers. The beef is cut to order at Malco's Buxton Meats in Sandy, Oregon.
